What is Nakar Salon?
Nakar Salon is a Nakar product: a marketplace app where beauty professionals travel to the customer. It is not a walk-in salon and not a booking form on this website. Hair, makeup, nails and bridal live in the iOS and Android apps. You register once, then choose the customer role (you want a house call) or the professional role (you do the work).
The professional brings their own kit. You provide a chair, a working plug point, and access notes so they can reach the door. When the session ends you pay in the app, then rate them. That rating stays on their profile for the next customer.

Braids, silk press, cuts, wig installs and other hair services the professional has listed. They bring tools; you still need space, a chair and power.
Makeup at home
Soft glam, lashes and bridal looks, booked for the address you save in the app. Useful when you cannot sit in a salon before an event.
Nails at home
Gel, acrylic and nail art at a table in your home. The professional sets duration and price in their listing.
How do prices and payment work?
Nakar does not publish a fixed rand menu on this website. Each professional sets service prices and travel in the app. You see the total before you confirm. You pay in the app when the session ends — not before they arrive, and not in cash at the door unless the app says otherwise for that booking. Tips are optional.
Where in South Africa does Nakar Salon operate?
Nationwide. Coverage is whoever has listed a travel radius that includes your pin. Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and other cities appear when professionals nearby are online — we do not fake a city directory here. Open the app at your address to see who can come.
