1. Who this covers
You must be 18+, legally allowed to work in South Africa, and ID-verified in the Nakar Salon app before you receive jobs. Individual stylists and salon businesses both use Nakar Salon. Car-wash washer accounts are a different product.
2. Listings
Keep services, photos, travel radius, vehicle details and availability accurate. A live listing needs the ID or business documents the app asks for. Nakar may pause a listing that is unsafe, misleading, or missing documents.
3. Price, markup and travel
You set the listed service price and how travel is charged in the app. Nakar adds a 25% markup on top of the listed service price for the customer. You receive 100% of the amount you set. Travel you charge is paid to you in full, subject to the cancellation policy.
4. Jobs and conduct
Arrive with what the listing promises. Keep chat in the app. Do not take the customer off-app for the same booking. You may decline a job that feels unsafe. Harassment, no-shows, or fake documents can pause or remove access.
5. Payouts
Payouts typically follow a completed session within about 48 hours, subject to holds for disputes, chargebacks or safety reviews. You are responsible for tax, UIF and other statutory duties on what you earn.
